Buying REOS or Real Estate Owned, has got to be one of the most amazing opportunities in real estate today, thanks for stopping by. REO (Real Estate Owned) is a property that goes back to the mortgage company after an unsuccessful foreclosure auction. As we work through the details of making this site a reality, I welcome your input. What we want here is a one stop Internet portal where BPO Agents, Asset Managers, Banks and the like can list and be found. As well we want this to be a place where Joe the Plumber can buy REO properties without having to go through all the red tape. These banks do not want these properties and need to move them. The Foreclosure Market is booming and the time is now to take advantage of it. Lets work together to reduce the number of REO properties just sitting on the desks of the asset managers and help the economy get moving again.
