I then make these properties available to folks that may not otherwise be able to afford a home.I am also gearing towards creating "First Step" re-entry housing for Re-Entry Residents. I have grown to a place where I feel more of a purpose for living. I have worked with Roger working with bank owned properties for several weeks now and have found that he is a great guy to work with.
